Big News!
Today, I was featured in a Bay News 9 story about a new study that shows stalking victims have a higher chance of developing heart disease. In the interview, I was able to share my story – part of which I wrote about in my chapter of Breaking the Silence: Voices of Survivors Vol 3, where I detail my journey of surviving domestic violence and the painful reality of being stalked by my abuser.
This is such an important conversation – not just about the long-term emotional impact of abuse, but also the very real physical health consequences survivors carry with them. By speaking out, I hope to raise awareness, inspire strength, and remind other survivors that healing and hope are possible.
I would love your support for this powerful book project that brought together 20 authors to share stories of resilience, survival and success. I’ll be sharing more soon about how you can get your copy and join me in spreading the message of hope.
